Product development

I work with charity projects to design and manufacture merchandise overseas. My portfolio spans a wide range of products including textiles, enamel pins, hard enamel pins, rubber pins, buttons, patches, stickers, prints, posters, keychains, and other specialty items.

The design process involves close collaboration with artists to ensure their work translates well to physical products. I guide artists through design constraints, color matching (Pantone standards), sizing requirements, and production specifications.

Artist management

Beyond design, I manage teams of merch artists on various charity projects. This involves tracking deliverables, communicating production requirements, reviewing submissions for manufacturability, and coordinating with overseas manufacturers to ensure quality.

I've managed over 100 artists across multiple projects, helping bring their creative visions to life as high-quality physical products.

Production quality

Before mass manufacturing, I prototype most products in house using my CMYK calibrated printer with Pantone matching workflows, button press, vinyl cutter, and other tools. This ensures we can verify color accuracy, sizing, and overall quality before committing to large production runs.

Major projects

Mystery Twins Mystery Bags included enamel pins, patches, stickers, prints, posters, buttons, temporary tattoos, keychains, and specialty items. We also unlocked a stretch goal for 3D printed figures, producing over 1000 units. The top tier bag shipped with 12 stickers, a washi tape, 6 sticker sheets, 7 buttons, 6 keychains, 9 polaroids, postcards and prints, 13 plastic pins and charms, two 12 by 18 inch posters and 2 handcrafted items.

TOH Elements featured a full range of merchandise coordinated with 130+ artists, with all proceeds going to charity.
